Sometimes a follow-up review, a second opinion, or a quick triage is best done from home. Our specialists offer scheduled video and phone consultations for non-emergency cases.

  • Zoom video — full appointment with your consultant. Link emailed 30 min before your slot.
  • Phone call — for follow-ups and quick reviews. We call your number at the scheduled time.
  • Records & prescriptions — added to your patient portal after the visit.
  • Insurance — most paneled insurers cover tele-consultations.

If your symptoms are severe, sudden or worsening, please come to the ER or call 051 6140880. Tele-consultations are for non-emergency consultations only.

Visitor Information

Visiting a loved one

We welcome visitors during the hours below. For ICU and neonatal units, please coordinate with the nursing station.

General Wards

11:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM, daily. Two visitors per patient.

ICU & HDU

Restricted access. Coordinate with the nursing station; one immediate family member at a time.

Pediatric Wing

One parent may stay overnight. Sibling visits permitted between 4–6 PM.

Our facilities and website are designed for everyone. Wheelchair access, sign-language coordination and large-print documents are available on request. This site targets WCAG 2.2 AA, with keyboard navigation, focus indicators and screen-reader labels.
